6. Travel and Booking Services
Travel services may involve third-party airlines, hotels, accommodation providers, tour providers, transport providers, visa coordination services, insurance providers, booking engines, affiliate networks, APIs, and other suppliers.
You are responsible for checking all names, dates, destinations, passenger details, passport details, visa requirements, entry requirements, transit requirements, health requirements, baggage rules, ticket rules, fare rules, supplier terms, cancellation terms, refund rules, and travel documents before confirming any booking, payment, or instruction.
Ecovira is not liable for airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, denied boarding, missed flights, incorrect passenger information supplied by you, visa refusal, passport issues, border decisions, supplier insolvency, accommodation issues, transport failures, price changes, availability changes, third-party errors, weather events, government restrictions, or travel disruptions outside Ecovira’s direct control.
7. Property and Advisory Services
Property-related services may include general advisory, buyer alignment, opportunity filtering, developer introductions, project coordination, relocation support, feasibility discussion, and risk analysis.
Ecovira does not guarantee property availability, finance approval, rental yield, capital growth, settlement success, development approval, valuation outcomes, construction outcomes, resale value, tax outcomes, visa outcomes, legal outcomes, investment returns, project completion, or market performance.
You must complete your own due diligence and obtain independent legal, financial, tax, conveyancing, lending, building, migration, planning, insurance, and property advice before entering any transaction.
8. Third-Party Providers, Affiliates, and APIs

9. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

- review all service details, quotes, invoices, bookings, passenger details, property details, dates, prices, inclusions, exclusions, disclaimers, risks, and third-party terms before confirming;
- comply with applicable laws, third-party terms, platform rules, travel rules, visa rules, property laws, payment requirements, tax obligations, and professional advice obligations;
- not misuse, disrupt, hack, copy, scrape, exploit, reverse-engineer, overload, resell, or interfere with Ecovira’s website, systems, services, content, AI tools, forms, software, platforms, or intellectual property;
- not submit fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, harmful, false, incomplete, or unauthorised content;
- not use Ecovira services for unlawful, misleading, high-risk, fraudulent, sanctioned, prohibited, or unauthorised activities;
- not rely on general information, AI-assisted information, marketing content, or informal communications as regulated professional advice.
10. Quotes, Pricing, and Availability
Prices, fees, availability, exchange rates, third-party costs, travel fares, property opportunities, package inclusions, platform charges, service timelines, supplier rules, and service availability may change without notice unless confirmed in a written agreement or paid invoice.
Quotes are valid only for the period stated in writing. If no validity period is stated, Ecovira may withdraw or amend the quote at any time before payment, written acceptance, or formal confirmation.
A quote, message, estimate, listing, package, or service description does not guarantee availability, final price, supplier approval, booking confirmation, property availability, or service outcome until confirmed in writing by Ecovira or the relevant third-party provider.
11. Payments
All services must be paid upfront unless Ecovira agrees otherwise in writing.
Payments may be accepted by Stripe, bank transfer, cryptocurrency payment provider, payment gateway, approved card processor, or another authorised payment method.
You are responsible for payment processing fees, currency conversion charges, bank fees, international transfer fees, blockchain network fees, chargeback fees, taxes, duties, exchange rate differences, payment delays, and third-party payment costs unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Ecovira may refuse to commence, continue, confirm, release, or complete a service until payment has cleared and required information has been received.
12. Cryptocurrency Payments
Cryptocurrency payments are accepted only where expressly offered by Ecovira.
You acknowledge and agree that cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible, volatile, delayed, subject to network fees, affected by exchange rate movement, and dependent on third-party wallet, blockchain, exchange, or payment systems.
Ecovira is not responsible for incorrect wallet addresses, blockchain delays, failed network confirmations, user error, wallet restrictions, lost private keys, exchange rate losses, volatility losses, platform outages, sanctions restrictions, regulatory restrictions, or third-party crypto payment failures.
13. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Refunds are handled according to the nature of the service purchased, applicable law, third-party supplier rules, and any written agreement between you and Ecovira.
- Completed services are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the time has been reserved, commenced, or delivered, unless required by law.
- Missed appointments, no-shows, late cancellations, and delays caused by the client are non-refundable unless Ecovira agrees otherwise in writing.
- Customised reports, strategy work, advisory work, itinerary planning, coordination work, digital products, document preparation, service preparation, and operational work are non-refundable once commenced or delivered, unless required by law.
- Third-party bookings, including flights, hotels, transport, tours, insurance, visas, booking platforms, and supplier purchases, are subject to the refund, credit, cancellation, and amendment rules of the relevant supplier.
- Ecovira does not override non-refundable supplier rules unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
14. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, remedy, or protection that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
Where permitted by law, Ecovira’s liability for services is limited to resupplying the relevant service or refunding the amount paid directly to Ecovira for that specific service.
15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback, reversal, payment dispute, failed payment, or unauthorised payment claim after receiving services, booking coordination, digital work, reports, consultation time, advisory work, access to systems, or third-party arrangements, Ecovira may suspend services, recover outstanding amounts, provide records to the payment provider, restrict future access, and take steps to protect its legal and commercial interests.
16. Service Availability and System Access
Ecovira does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuous access to the website, systems, forms, dashboards, AI tools, payment systems, booking tools, APIs, communications, or digital platforms.
Ecovira may update, restrict, suspend, modify, replace, remove, or discontinue any service, system, page, product, offer, integration, feature, supplier connection, or platform function at any time.
17. AI, Automation, and Digital Tools
Ecovira may use AI, automation, chat systems, data tools, workflows, analytics, or digital assistants to support enquiries, service coordination, user experience, operational processes, compliance processes, and internal decision support.
AI-assisted responses and automated outputs are not a substitute for regulated professional advice. You must not rely on AI-assisted information as legal, financial, tax, migration, investment, medical, engineering, architectural, insurance, lending, or regulated property advice.
Ecovira is not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-assisted content, automated outputs, general website content, marketing content, or informal communications where independent professional advice should have been obtained.
18. Intellectual Property
All Ecovira content, branding, names, logos, systems, website materials, copy, designs, graphics, documents, reports, strategy frameworks, service structures, platform concepts, workflows, code, databases, AI configurations, business models, digital assets, and operational processes are owned by or licensed to Ecovira.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, resell, imitate, reverse-engineer, scrape, commercially exploit, claim ownership of, or use Ecovira intellectual property without written permission.
19. Confidentiality
Any non-public business information, service structure, pricing model, supplier information, property information, strategy, platform detail, technical information, client information, document, proposal, communication, or operational method provided by Ecovira must be kept confidential unless Ecovira gives written permission or disclosure is required by law.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecovira is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, economic, business, reputational, travel, property, investment, data, opportunity, profit, revenue, goodwill, financial, or operational losses arising from or connected to the website, services, third-party providers, bookings, advice, delays, payments, platforms, APIs, communications, referrals, client decisions, or service outcomes.
This limitation applies whether the claim arises in contract, tort, negligence, statute, equity, consumer law, misrepresentation, breach of duty, or otherwise, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Ecovira is not liable for decisions you make based on general information, incomplete information, third-party information, supplier information, market conditions, travel conditions, property opportunities, AI-assisted outputs, or information that should have been verified with an independent professional.
21. Indemnity
You indemnify Ecovira, its owners, directors, officers, contractors, representatives, affiliates, partners, suppliers, and service providers against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, disputes, legal fees, and proceedings arising from:
- your breach of these Terms;
- your misuse of the website, systems, or services;
- your inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, unlawful, late, or unauthorised information;
- your breach of third-party terms;
- your violation of applicable law;
- your travel, property, payment, business, investment, migration, financial, or service decisions;

Ecovira is not liable for delay, failure, loss, interruption, non-performance, increased cost, or service disruption caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, border closures, government action, regulatory change, strikes, supplier failure, airline disruption, payment processor outage, API outage, cyber incident, power failure, internet failure, platform outage, data centre outage, sanctions, currency restrictions, or other circumstances beyond Ecovira’s control.
23. Suspension and Termination
Ecovira may suspend, restrict, refuse, or terminate access to services, systems, bookings, consultations, communications, accounts, digital tools, or future service requests if Ecovira reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, acted unlawfully, created risk, failed to pay, submitted false information, abused staff or systems, misused services, initiated improper disputes, or engaged in fraud, misconduct, harmful behaviour, or prohibited activity.
24. Disputes
If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact Ecovira in writing and allow a reasonable opportunity for the matter to be reviewed and resolved in good faith.
Ecovira may use negotiation, mediation, arbitration, internal review, payment provider dispute processes, supplier dispute processes, or other appropriate dispute resolution methods before or during formal proceedings.
You must not publish false, misleading, defamatory, confidential, or commercially harmful statements about Ecovira, its services, clients, suppliers, or representatives during or after a dispute.
25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia.
Subject to any mandatory law that cannot be excluded, the courts and tribunals of Victoria, Australia have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these Terms, the website, Ecovira services, payments, communications, or any related transaction.
International users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Ecovira services complies with laws applicable in their own country, region, or jurisdiction.
